Cheeseburger Sliders

Another idea from pinterest. Hamburger spread in a baking pan to cook, than cut into little squares. Something super easy that you don’t have to watch over when times are busy or when your tired. They are also great for parties.

WHAT YOU NEED

Hamburger

2LBS. of ground beef (I used 1lb of ground chuck and 1lb of lean)

Onion 2 slices ground up in a food processor

1/4c. steak sauce

2 eggs

1 c. of dry bread crumbs

1 tsp. of salt/pepper/garlic/season salt

Other

Baking pan

Cheese

Hawaiian rolls

What you do

Mix all ingredients for the hamburger very well. Spread into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese. Cut into squares to fit your buns and enjoy!

Note: you can also make hamburger ahead of time and freeze it. Take it out the freezer and thaw when ready use.

Spicy Salmon Wraps

What You Need

4-5 salmon filets
1tbsp Paprika
1tbsp Pepper
1tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tbsp sugar
1tbsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Soft Tortillas

Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Rub one side of each salmon filet. Spray non stick pan with non stick spray or any oil…medium to high heat. Add salmon to pan with seasoned side down. Rub seasoning on top side. Cook on each side for 3-4 mins.

Soften tortillas in the microwave. I added lettuce, brocolli slaw, cherry tomatoes, green peppers and ranch dressing. Be creative and add what you like. Enjoy!!

Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork

I like to cook simple, yummy and in my crockpot as much as possible. Here is a delicious recipe that no one should have a problem eating.

What You Need

4lbs. Pork loin (caught a sale, $7 for     little over 4lbs)

One bottle of bbq sauce

Onions, green peppers sliced
(optional)

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, season salt, onion powder-to taste

Put loin in crockpot fat side down. Season, add onions, green peppers and pour half bottle of bbq sauce over meat. Pour enough water into crockpot to cover bottom. Cook on high for 5-6hrs. Pull apart meat. In separate bowl pour rest of bbq sauce and add 2 tbsp of white sugar and brown. Stir. Pour over meat stir. Turn crockpot on warm or low until ready to serve.
